Quick answers
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Posturato Pro, then Cancel Subscription. You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- How do I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Posturato charge. Most refund decisions happen within 24–48 hours.
- How do I delete my account and all my data?
- In the app, go to Settings → Delete my account. We delete your account, onboarding answers, posture scores, and routine completions within 30 days. Your scan photos were always on your iPhone and are removed when you delete the app.
- The scan keeps failing. What can I try?
- The most common causes are low light, distance, and clothing that hides shoulder/hip landmarks. Stand 6–8 feet from the camera against a plain wall, with the lens at chest height, and wear something that doesn't hide your silhouette. If it still fails, email us with the iPhone model and iOS version.
- When will Android be available?
- Posturato is iPhone-only at launch. Android is on the roadmap once we're profitable on iOS. Email us to be added to the waitlist.
